When you activate a membership, you authorise us to charge your payment method automatically at the end of each billing period, until you cancel.

Some plans offer a lower price for the first period. Both the first-period price and the standard renewal price are shown on the plan card before you pay. When the two are the same, the amount you are charged never changes automatically.

Billing period and price

Daily membership begins with 7 days free ($0 today). Starting on day 8, USD 1.99 is charged automatically every day until cancelled. Cancel before the free trial ends to avoid any charge. This free trial applies only to the Daily plan; other plans keep their displayed billing terms.

The length of each period and both prices (first period and renewal) are displayed on the subscription page at the moment of purchase.

If we ever change the price of an existing subscription, we will notify you at least 7 days and no more than 30 days before the new price takes effect, and you may cancel at any time before then.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time from Profile → Settings, or directly in your PayPal account under Automatic Payments.

You may cancel at any time before the next renewal. Once cancelled, you will not be charged automatically again, and your current trial or paid period remains available until it ends.

Refunds

You may request an unconditional full refund of the most recent charge before the current paid billing period ends. Contact support with your UID and PayPal transaction information; eligible requests are processed within 48 hours.

A completed refund ends the current membership period, reverses coins granted for that period, and stops future automatic renewal. See the Refund Policy for the complete process.

Deleting your account

Deleting your account does not automatically stop billing at the payment provider. For that reason we do not allow account deletion while a subscription is still active — cancel the subscription first, then delete the account.
